I read some of the discussions under the 'who's a poc' tag and I can see that the folk who are from Latin America can be problematic based on whether they are primarily of European descent.
Wondered how writers such as Isabel Allende and Roberto Bolaño are considered? I've seen both on lists of writers of colour and certainly when Bolaño was interviewed about his identity he said he was a Latin American.
