The ballot says, "Any television program
or other production
..."
But aha!
Last bullet point under How to Nominate
says that they can shift things between categories if it falls within 20% of the cut-off. And
under Length of Work on the rules
it says that the staff will move things into the right category, as needed.
So an 88-minute film
would
be viewed as long-form, it looks like. Probably. But they're not gonna disqualify the nomination in any case, just move it to the right category.
