I may have missed this one in the list above, or perhaps he isn't eligible for some reason, but it looks like you could add
The Liminal People by Ayize Jama-Everett
Publisher: Small Beer Press (December 13, 2011)
to the list. I haven't read it yet, but he was able to get props from Nalo Hopkinson for one of his book blurbs, so there's that. :-)
