My one disappointment with On Beauty is that I've now read all of Smith's novels and need to wait for her to finish another one.
White Teeth is wonderful, especially the final section. The Autograph Man is still my favorite of the three novels simply because I feel such a personal connection with Alex-Li Tandem. But On Beauty is probably Smith's most complete, adult novel.
