It was! There was so much THERE and Campt just kept dropping endless hints and not SAYING it.
I've been reading through Tharoor's other books too, and would also recommend! I'm not done The Elephant, the Tiger, and the Cell Phone, but so far it's really making up for the few places in Inglorious Empire where I wanted more nuance.
