Congratulations on finishing so many books last year! Which ones did you enjoy the most?

So many! Children of Blood and Bone was great. I read the library ebook and liked it so much I went out and bought the hard cover. I very much liked There There, despite that it changes POV every chapter, a device I hate, but it works so well with the story. Trail of Lightning is amazing--apparently I like urban fantasy! Furthermore (and the sequel Whichwood) are so whimsical and loveable. Anything Nnedi Okorafor writes is amazing. And Hair Story was by far the most educational. I might buy that book too!

It's a healthy mix of books that have been lingering on my to-read list for too long, suggestions from friends, and whatever shiny book caught my eye.

Yes they are mostly 2018! Some 2017 too. There's lot of YA listed, I went through those like candy.

Mostly fiction! I'm trying to read more non-fiction this year, though that's going poorly at the moment.
