I'm glad to have discovered this community, though a little worried about how long it will take me to reach 50 books!
I've been bookblogging since late 2003, and would like to contribute these 26 book reviews to the group. I've made the ones I enjoyed more a little bigger.

Wild Swans, by Jung Chang
A History of the Arab Peoples, by Albert Hourani
Freedom From Fear, by Aung San Suu Kyi, and The River of Lost Footsteps, by Thant Myint-U (two books about Burma)
Contested Lands: Israel-Palestine, Kashmir, Bosnia, Cyprus and Sri Lanka, by Sumantra Bose

A Personal Matter, by Kenzaburō Ōe
The Kite Runner, by Khaled Hosseini
